With more than 45 years of experience we have learned that one of the primary keys to a successful building project is the utilization of our industry leading safety program. Our full-time Safety Director ensures the adherence to our policies and practices. Our training program provides efficient and effective instruction from day one. Our full-time Field Training Supervisors assist daily with ongoing jobsite training.

Safety Program Highlights

All job sites are visited weekly by the Safety Director to inspect for any hazards and equipment deficiencies as well as to ensure that our safety policies are being adhered to by our employees.

New job sites are inspected by the Safety Director before work begins to ensure all safety concerns are addressed up front and communicated to our employees.

Training Program Highlights

Our employees are trained to recognize and correct safety hazards before an accident takes place.

An emphasis on job training and safety empowers our employees to perform in the most efficient and effective manner possible. Each newly hired employee undergoes a 2-day orientation and an in-depth training session followed by a 90-day period of continuous teaching
and evaluation.

Day 1 of New-Hire Orientation is conducted at our office and covers procedures in both safety and company policies. While the primary focus of this session is our safety policy, training also
includes proper procedures for construction assembly and equipment training and certification.

The employee will receive the following training and certifications:

Mobile Elevated Work Platform Permit

Fall Protection Training

Qualified Rigger & Hand Signalperson

Day 2 of New-Hire Orientation is conducted on the job site and utilizes hands-on training for job duties, equipment operation and safety = procedures.

The Probationary Period includes 90 days of regular training and evaluation for the newly hired employee. At the end of this period, the employee will undergo a 90-day evaluation. Upon passing the evaluation satisfactorily, the employee will achieve full-time employee benefits.
